You will learn how to become more intrisically motivated (motivation that comes from within). Career and Life Coaching revolves around you and your goals. This is where you have the opportunity to fine tune your life, make adjustments, and devise action plans in a supportive, yet objective partnership. I excel at coaching clients through life transitions, career changes, goal attainment, and reevaluation of life goals and dreams. I also work with those in highly competitive fields (including dancers, athletes, actors, singers and more) where auditions and live performance hold the keys to success.
I am a Life Coach, Author of Keys to Living Joyfully, a practitioner of transformational leadership, and a college professor. I earned a Master's degree in Organizational Management and teach various business classes including organizational change management, human resource management, ethics, and others at the collegiate and adult learning level. My corporate career is in management (HR, business development, and operations). In addition, I am an accomplished public speaker and writer. I believe in and apply a whole person approach to my coaching practice.

Services Offered:

Introduction to Coach Sheri's Coaching Style and Coaching process through her book. Learn about transforming your thoughts, heart and actions in this book with exercises included throughout to help you examine your behavior, thoughts, and beliefs about yourself and then experience a call to action. This process is framed in a supportive and caring manner that facilitates and inspires true change. Keys to Living Joyfully. $16.95

Six Week Teleclass Workshops for one to up to seven clients. The workshops meet one hour per week on a conference line for six weeks. The call is recorded so those missing the call can listen at a later time. Call or Email Coach Sheri to inquire about pricing and the next teleclass.

In Person Group Coaching for groups of six to twelve people and topics are customized based on group needs. Call or email to discuss your group coaching needs and to receive a quote.

Corporate Training on individual development plans (IDP's), Coaching for performance, and/or Creating positive corporate culture for groups up to 15.Call or email to discuss your training needs and to receive a quote.

Individual Life Coaching:

Currently accepting new clients

All individual life coaching is via telephone, unless special arrangements have been made to meet in person. Coaching is offered in individual sessions and in packages.

Gold Coaching Level: $300 per month three 30 minute phone sessions per month and unlimited emails.
Platinum Coaching Level: $400 per month for three 45 minute phone sessions and unlimited emails. Plus one free teleclass workshop. (must register for the class by deadline date)
Double Platinum Coaching Level: $650 per month four 45 minute coaching sessions and unlimited emails. Free admission to all Coach Sheri teleclass workshops throughout the year (must register for these classes by deadline dates). One free document review per month up to 30 pages.
