Refund / Exchange Policy
Our goal is for your 100% satisfaction
in everything that we offer. If you are having trouble with a digital download- please contact info@lifeisjoyful.org
Virtual Teleclasses/Group Coaching
If you decide not to attend a class at least 24 hours prior to first session,
you will receive a refund.. If you are not satisfied with a class within the first 30 days, we will stop future payments
from being debited from your credit card. If you have paid for the program in full, we will prorate the refund for future
months.
If you are unable to attend an upcoming teleclass/group coaching program/workshop for which you registered,
you may - if you choose- apply the amount you paid towards the next scheduled teleclass/group coaching or workshop. Or you
may transfer your registration to another person, provided you advise us of the name of the person who will attend in your
place at least 2 days prior to the first session of the next scheduled teleclass.
Downloadable Products If you are
not 100 % satisfied with a digital item- audio or ebook- after implementing the ideas and strategies for 30 days- we will
refund your money.
All Other Products If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within
15 days of your initial purchase.
